Balloting for HKCSS Community Housing Movement- Trackside Villas

Hong Kong Housing Society (“HKHS”) has collaborated with Hong Kong Council of Social Service (“HKCSS”) on the use of 51 flats in Trackside Villas for the HKCSS Community Housing Movement  - Trackside Villas (“CHM-TV”). Meanwhile, HKCSS has invited Evangelical Lutheran Church Social Service – Hong Kong (“ELCHK”) to be the subject operator.

Applications for CHM-TV to ELCHK has been closed on 11 July 2020. For those HKHS applicants under TV of “T-Home” Transitional Rental Housing Scheme who had offered written consent to HKHS for the purpose of the application of CHM –TV, HKHS has transferred their application data to HKCSS and ELCHK.

ELCHK will arrange to draw 150 applicants (4-6 person families) and 50 applicants (2-3 person families) by balloting conducted on 27 July 2020 (4-6 person families) and 30 July 2020 (2-3 person families) respectively for further interview and assessment. The application numbers on the list will be announced for public inspection at ELCHK website (http://www.twit.org.hk/index.htm), ELCHK Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/elchktwit) and ELCHK’s centre (address: G/F, Lai Wo House, Tai Wo Estate, Tai Po) on the same dates.
